We endeavour to find any parcels lost in transit but accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit by carrier. 

We dispatch orders within 48 business hours of purchase and try to deliver within carriers advised time to destination but accept no responsibility for delivery times suggested by carrier.

Where possible we use Australia Post.
